If you can't log in try quitting your browser
and attempting to re-log in to the console area. If you are still
experiencing difficulty, see instructions below to 'Clearing Your
Browser's Cache'.
Windows PC Instructions: Clearing
Your Browsers Cache or 'temporary
internet files'
For Internet Explorer:
1.
Open Internet
Explorer.
2.
Click on 'Tools' tab
at the top of the window.
3.
Click
on 'Internet Options'.
4.
Click
the 'Delete Files' Button under
the Temporary Internet Files
section of the window.
For Firefox:
1.
Open Firefox.
2.
Click on the 'Tools'
tab at the top of the window.
3.
Click on 'Options'.
4.
Click on
the 'Privacy' tab and at the
bottom of the window there is
a 'Cache' section.
5.
In the Cache
section, click on the 'clear'
button.
Macintosh Instructions: Clearing
Browser's cache on a MAC
For Safari:
1.
Open Safari.
2.
Click
on the "Safari" menu
item and select "Empty Cache."
For Firefox:
1.
Open Firefox.
2.
Click on the 'Firefox'
menu at the top of your screen
and select 'Preferences'.
3.
Click
on the 'Privacy' tab and at the
bottom of the window there is
a 'Cache' section.
4.
In the Cache
section, click on the 'clear'
button.
